Principles
How do we use our resources?
Our income consists of membership fees, donations, project grants and in-kind support. Expenditures are made by decision of the board, reviewed by the board of auditors and submitted for approval to the General Assembly.
- At least 80% of project budgets is allocated directly to field activities.
- Board members receive no payment for their duties.
- At least two quotations are obtained for expenditures above the threshold amount.
- Donations are accepted against a receipt and recorded.
- Procurement and visibility rules follow IPARD / EU grant procedures.
Where the money comes from matters as much as where it goes — both are public.
